Andrew Gabriel is a highly skilled professional with a diverse range of expertise in Accounting, ICT and Management Consulting with a strong educational background and extensive experience with working with government entities.

His accounting background has provided him with a solid foundation in financial management and analysis. However, his passion for technology led him to pursue a career in information communication technology, where he has developed proficiency in this field.

Andrew is a management consultant with a wealth of experience working with government organizations. He has collaborated with the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and Kaduna state government. Additionally, he has experience with the River Basin Development Authorities in Nigeria. He has also played a key role in payment facilitation in government schools and is currently with the Benue State Government. His expertise in management consulting has allowed him to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and performance.

Andrew Gabriel is an individual who has made substantial contributions in various domains, combining his skills in ICT and Management Consulting to drive innovation and efficiency in government and business operations.

Andrew is a serial entrepreneur and founder of Atlanticare Support Initiative, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing support and assistance to vulnerable communities. Additionally, he is the CEO of Lead bridge Continental Services and a board member of the following companies, Abhumu Global Resources Ltd, Diamond Basket Ltd, Success Bridge Academy and Kasua Dot Com.

Through his entrepreneurial ventures, he has demonstrated his business acumen and leadership skills. His expertise and accomplishments have garnered recognition and numerous awards in management and ICT.

Fanan is a Development Planner & an Environmental & Social Impact Expert with a Doctorate Degree in Environmental Resources Planning. His areas of practice specialization are in optimization of public infrastructure and service delivery and environmental impact assessments. He has co-authored several dozens of research articles and conference papers and made presentations at several local and international conferences and symposiums. Fanan has worked in upscaling public infrastructure and urban public services delivery with experience in concessions and privatization of Electricity Distribution, Electricity Generation, Dams/Irrigation Projects, Transportation & Telecommunications Assets as well as Ferry Services in different parts of Nigeria.

Fanan worked (2011 - 2021) as a Local Focal Point/Environmental & Social Impact Expert on the AFD- & EU-funded Kano SWM Project Feasibility Study, implemented by SUEZ Consulting (France) and ICF Consulting (UK); Environmental Impact Advisor at Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Facility (a £100million DFID-funded Intervention) where he had been Lead Consultant/Team Leader for several projects including assessing dams with HEP potentials (including the Mambilla HEP Dam Complex), roads and bridges (including the 2nd Benue & Niger Bridges), designing improved municipal services delivery systems and green/sustainable urban planning; Lectured at the Urban & Regional Planning Department, Benue State University, Makurdi; Served as Project Coordinator, “Urban-Rural Linkages within the Benue Basin”; Co-Investigator, “Adaptation of Urban Infrastructure to enhance climate resilience in Nigeria: Makurdi & Calabar”; Co-Investigator, “Municipal Infrastructure & Services, Institutional Frameworks & Financing Arrangements in Nigerian Cities & States: Enugu & Kano” under the DFID-funded Urbanization Research Nigeria (URN) Project, implemented by ICF Consulting UK; Benue State University, Nigeria; and University of the West of England, UK. He also worked as Director of Quality Assurance and was responsible for providing an M&E framework for the Cleaner Lagos Initiative (CLI), a N20.3 billion SWM programme aimed at funding soft and hard infrastructure across the SWM value-chain for Lagos city; Served as Environmental Impact Expert for the Lagos State Concession of 4 Priority Ferry Routes, and Environmental Planner & SWM Expert, Abeokuta Master Plan & Guidelines for Urban Renewal under the Future Cities Nigeria (FCN) Programme funded by the Global Cities Prosperity Fund, UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO). Fanan served as an Affiliate Member at the Center for Sustainability and Resilient Infrastructure and Communities (SaRIC), School of the Built Environment and Architecture, London South Bank University from 2018 to 2023.

As Country Representative (Nigeria), Canadian Network for International Surgery, Fanan have worked on several projects targeted at scaling down maternal and child mortality and morbidity rates in Benue State as well as supporting digital training of Midwifery Instructors across the north central region of Nigeria.

He is a member of the International Editorial Board of Geo-Spatial Information Sciences domiciled at Wuhan University, China. He is also a member of the International Society for Digital Earth , Institute of Remote Sensing & Digital Earth, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Beijing, China. Fanan is currently an Academic Collaborator at the Centre for the Integrated Delivery of the Built Environment (IDOBE), London South Bank University, London, UK.

Victoria Gusa is a Registered Nurse and Registered Midwife with over 26 years of hands-on experience in clinical, administrative and management roles within rural and urban settings. As a Registered Midwife Educator with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, Victoria is the current Principal of School of Basic Midwifery, Makurdi, Benue State, a role she has held for the last 8 years, and have collaborated with several International and local not-for profit Organizations (including the Canadian Network for International Surgery, CNIS) in delivering numerous programmes in the area of improving maternal and child healthcare delivery.

In addition to graduating as a qualified nurse and midwife from School of Basic Nursing & School of Basic Midwifery, Makurdi, she holds a Bachelor of Nursing Science degree from the University of Maiduguri, Nigeria; Advance Diploma in Education from Benue State University, Makurdi Nigeria; and is currently rounding up an MSc Degree in Nursing Administration and Management from the University of Nigeria, Enugu Campus (UNEC), Nigeria.

She has served as National President of Nigeria Nurse Educators and later the National Treasure of same association. As a devote Christian, she has contributed immensely to church development and has been an active member of the Catholic Women Organization, holding various positions in service to humanity and the community.

She has attended various professional workshops and seminars which include: TOT Training on Mother to Child Transmission of HIV and AIDS, HIV Testing and Counseling, Nurse Educators Workshops, Nigerian Nurse Leaders Conference, and others. She loves traveling, and does gardening as a hobby. She is married with kids and grand-kids.

Adeyeye is a graduate of Accountancy. He holds Post Graduate in Public Administration. He is also a Certified National Accountant (CNA), Member of the Society for Monitoring and Evaluation, Nigeria (SMEN), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Human Capital Development in Nigeria (CIHCDN), Fellow, Chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (FCPA), Member, Institute of Directors (M.IoD) and Membership of the National Institute (mni).

Adeyeye is a seasoned accountant with international diplomatic and boardroom experience garnered from being Personal Assistant to an International Elder-Statesman, referred and respected former Nigeria Head of State, General Dr. Yakubu Gowon, GCFR. Adeyeye has over the years served in various capacities and has the distinction of being directly responsible for some important policies and programmes. His language abilities and overall drive and spirit are an asset as a team player.

Adeyeye had developed into a dedicated individual at whatever he finds to do with a mind well-adapted to the demands of the contemporary issues borders on growth and development vis-a-vis present day realities. Founder and CEO of the Canadian Network for International Surgery (CNIS), Dr. Ronald Lett did his undergraduate medical training and post-graduate surgical training at the University of Alberta and completed his Masters in Injury Epidemiology at McGill University. Since 1995 he has completed 14 Canadian government-funded projects in different parts of Africa focused on surgical and obstetrical skills training as well as injury prevention. He is the CNIS lead on the 9 county TTProject in Kenya. As a lecturer at the Pan Africa School of Social Work, Dr. Ebifa has imparted knowledge and skills to aspiring social workers, fostering the next generation of professionals dedicated to improving society.

Dr. Ebifa's leadership as the Head of Capacity Building, Alternative Care Unit at the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs has been notable. Yakubu Philemon is a Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN)

His early life started in the ancient city of Zaria, where he was born. He started his Primary education at Ahmadu Bello University (A.B.U) Staff School Kongo Campus, before his Secondary education at Abbah Memorial College (Former Midland Commercial College), Jos, Plateau State, which he completed in Zaria, where he sat for his WAEC Exam at Demonstration Secondary School, A.B.U., Zaria, in 1997. He commenced his higher education with the Kaduna State Polytechnic, where he wrote the Interim Joint Matriculation Board (I.J.M.B.) exams in 1998. That same year he gained admission to study civil law at A.B.U, Zaria, where he graduated in 2004 with a Bachelors of Law (LL.B). That same year, he gained admission into the Nigerian Law School, where upon completion he was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2005.

As a Legal practitioner, Yakubu Philemon is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the Pan African Lawyers’ Union (PALU) and Advocates Africa, an organisation advocating and promoting rights and freedom of individuals. He has served in various committees of the NBA and was also as an executive member of the Abuja Branch of the NBA.

He is the Principal Partner of Yakubu Philemon & Co. a Law firm where he is engaged in private legal practice with pro bono services to indigent Clients.

His early life of voluntary/humanitarian services started in his days at the Primary school, where he was a member of the Boys Scout. While in Secondary School, he was a member of the Man O’ War club, where he served as the President, after his training at the Citizenship and Leadership Training (Mountain) School, Shere Hills, Jos. In the University, he was a member of the international Humanitarian Law Society of Nigeria A.B.U., Zaria, and also served as the Secretary General the Law Society ABU Zaria. While serving in Katsina State, he was a member of the Legal Aid Unit of the NYSC, where he served as the Katsina State President.

Currently, he is a member of the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria/NBA Network on probono services. It is out of his drive to continue with his humanitarian services and charity that he joined in the formation of ATLANTICARE SUPPORT INITIATIVE where he is appointed a Trustee.
